How can we supply so last minute?
Unlike many printers, we do our printing ourselves. Over the years we’ve invested in the right equipment and updated it so we can create and print your leaflets, flyers, business cards, banners and more in superfast time and can even turn it around in a day.
What do we have that makes this possible?
Digital Printing
Super-fast printing has become more and more in demand over the years with the dawn of high tech and fast-moving businesses.
With that change and development came the creation of new terms and technology. On-demand printing and quick print were both made possible by the introduction of digital printing that produces print at a click of a button.
In-house printing
We don’t outsource our printing; we do it all in-house. There’s no sending it off and waiting for it to be completed and driven back. This means we don’t need to wait for someone else, we don’t rely on a courier to bring it to us, and we control the quality and speed at which the print is handled.
We’ve invested in our own printing equipment and this enables us respond very quickly. Which is good news for you if you haven’t planned very effectively!
Short Run? No Problem.
In the past, short run printing did not make financial sense due to long and costly set up times and machinery incapable of instantly producing a few prints. But now anything is possible – we can even print just one flyer! (We’re not sure why you’d want just one, but we can do it if you want!)
We’ve also invested in short-run, quick set-up finishing machines that give a super-quick turnaround in the following areas:
- Perfect binding
- Foil laminating
- Die cutting
Previously these were done by specialist printers with high set up costs and long print runs to make them economically viable. Now that we do them, we can turn them around quickly and without the need for a high volume.
We’ll Deliver it
Because we don’t ship the order out to someone else, we can control the shipping too. Although we don’t actually drive the order to you, we do have a and great relationship with some brilliant next-day couriers and this has speeded up response time dramatically.
CTP Technology
Our Litho printing (which is traditionally very slow) is also fast and quick to turn around.
This is due to CTP technology that makes printing plates direct from the computer without chemical processing (which not only eliminates a stage of plate production, but is more environmentally friendly).
The result is a faster and more eco-friendly plate that lets us get to work faster.
We also use quick-drying inks and protective coatings that allow us to progress the wet printing into the finishing stage much quicker, getting it to you in double quick time.
